椎間盤突出 (Herniated Inter-Vertebral Disc, HIVD)

Scenario：一50歲女性婦人主訴下背痛。兩天前彎腰嘗試搬重物時，曾突然覺得脊椎一陣痛感。痛感會由中間向兩側延伸，並於咳嗽時加劇。一般痠痛貼布無法解除痛感。
